Change of mind

Because Nutrineigh Bites are consumable horse treats, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or you believe there is a problem with your Nutrineigh Bites, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nutrineigh.co.nz.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and put things right.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
