Shipping policy

Nutrineigh currently ships throughout New Zealand.

Shipping rates

Nutrineigh offers flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand:

Urban delivery: $12.50
Rural delivery: $18.50

Please select the correct shipping option at checkout for your delivery address.

If your address is classified as rural by the courier, please select Rural Delivery. Selecting the incorrect option may delay dispatch while we contact you to arrange payment of the additional rural delivery charge.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address, including your RD number where applicable, at checkout.

Processing your order

Nutrineigh Bites are handmade in Canterbury in small batches. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2–3 business days.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we'll be in touch.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and are additional to our processing time.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

International shipping

At this stage, Nutrineigh does not ship internationally.
