These Terms of Service apply when you access the Nutrineigh website or purchase products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products

We make every effort to describe and display Nutrineigh products accurately.

Nutrineigh Bites are handmade in Canterbury in small batches. Because of this, there may be natural variations in size, shape, colour or texture between individual Bites and batches.

Product information, ingredients, feeding information, availability and packaging may be updated from time to time. Current product information will be displayed on our website and/or product packaging as applicable.

Nutrineigh Bites are horse treats and are to be fed as part of a balanced diet. Please follow the feeding information provided and consider your horse's overall diet when feeding products containing added ingredients.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price or product information has been displayed, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

Please check your order and delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on the Nutrineigh website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, together with any applicable shipping charges.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping rates, delivery requirements and other information are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in that policy. Courier delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and circumstances outside our immediate control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have regarding delivery under New Zealand consumer law.

Returns, refunds and problems with an order

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains what to do if there is a problem with your order.

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and current. Occasionally, information may contain an error or omission.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Nutrineigh is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through the Nutrineigh store are made directly between you and Nutrineigh.

Personal information collected through our website and store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.

Shopify and other service providers may also process information where necessary to operate our online store and provide services to us.
